For the gluten free they follow all the guidelines and separate making the pizza. All allergens are posted on the website, including ingredients when giving. They also have vegan options such as Greek vegan cheese (allergen free and soy free) etc to compose your pizza. I was very pleased, the quality of the food was also excellent and cooked quickly.
